2. About the Website

This website is an informational and sales portal for Freya Clay (owner: Dajana Vukmanić, Bjelovar, Croatia). The website showcases handcrafted jewellery and enables contact with the owner for inquiries and orders.

3. Orders and Payment

Freya Clay does not offer direct online shopping with a cart and payment. All orders are arranged personally via the contact form, email, or WhatsApp. After agreeing on the details, payment methods are discussed individually (bank transfer, cash on pickup, etc.).

Each piece of jewellery is unique and handmade — availability of individual pieces may change. If a piece you are interested in is no longer available, contact us and we can discuss custom creation options.

4. Delivery

Delivery is arranged individually for each order — personal pickup (Bjelovar area) or postal delivery to the buyer's address. Delivery costs are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Complaints and Returns

If a piece arrives damaged or does not match what was agreed upon, please notify us within 3 days of receipt at info@freyaclay.hr. Each case is handled individually and we strive to find a satisfactory solution for both parties.

Since each piece is handmade and unique, standard returns (without reason) are not possible for personalised and custom-ordered pieces.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — photographs, texts, logo and design — is the property of Freya Clay or is used with permission. Copying, downloading or using content without prior written approval is not permitted.

7. Disclaimer

We strive to ensure the accuracy and currency of the content on the website, but do not guarantee its complete accuracy at all times. We reserve the right to change content, pricing and availability without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms of use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The court in Bjelovar has jurisdiction for resolving disputes.
